What's Next?
(Spoiler: You're already here)

At some churches, you have to "earn your way in" or climb a spiritual ladder to get to the good stuff. Around here, we believe in putting everything on the bottom shelf. You don't need a secret handshake, a certain wardrobe, or a specific set of perfectly polished beliefs to be part of this community. If you are here, you already belong. Beyond simply showing up, here are a few ways you can dive deeper into the life of Belong Church—in whatever order feels right to you.

🤝 Partnership
Locking Arms

We don’t really do "membership" in the traditional, country-club sense of the word. Instead, we talk about Partnership. Partners are people who say, "I’m in. I believe in what we’re doing for Denver and the world, and I want to help fuel it." Whether that’s through your time, your voice, or your resources, Partnership is about moving from "attending" a service to "co-creating" a community.

Baptism
A Public "Yes" to an Already-Present Grace

In the Wesleyan tradition, we believe in something called Prevenient Grace. That’s a fancy way of saying that God has been pursuing you, loving you, and "belonging" to you long before you ever thought about showing up at a church.

Baptism is the outward, visible sign of that inward reality. It’s not a "graduation ceremony" for the spiritually elite; it’s an initiation into a community of people who are all trying to follow the way of Jesus together.

For Everyone: Because we believe God’s grace is for everyone, we baptize people of all ages—from infants to elders.

One and Done: We recognize all Christian baptisms. If you’ve already been baptized in another tradition, you don’t need to do it again (God got it right the first time!). We do, however, love to celebrate "Remembrances of Baptism" for those starting a new chapter of faith.

No "Perfect" Required: You don’t need to have your life or your theology sorted out. You just need to be you.

Whether you want to talk about your own baptism or are interested in having your child baptized into this justice-loving community, we would love to hold that space with you.

Connecting
Life is Better Together

Faith wasn't meant to be a solo sport. The best way to feel the "belonging" in Belong Church is to get to know the people sitting in the rows next to you.

Groups:

From Bible studies to justice-focused discussion groups and casual hangouts, our groups are where the real "church" happens.

Service:

There is something soul-filling about rolling up your sleeves. Whether it’s helping with Belong Kids, joining the tech team, or serving our neighbors in West Denver, we’ll help you find a spot that fits your gifts.

Not sure where to start?

That’s okay. There’s no rush. You can just "be" for as long as you need. When you're ready to take a step, we’re ready to take it with you.
